This notice explains how Emertat Sanat Ariana handles information submitted through the inquiry and cooperation forms.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, contact details, company name, requested items and technical requirements, additional notes, Excel or BOM files and, for cooperation applications, a resume and accompanying note. For form security, a hashed technical identifier based on the request IP is used for rate limiting.
Purpose of use
Information is used only to review inquiries, respond, prepare quotations, follow up commercial requests or assess cooperation applications. It is not sold for advertising or used to create independent marketing profiles.
Technical service providers
Depending on the site configuration, hosting and application execution may be provided by the hosting provider, email delivery by Resend, request rate limiting by Upstash Redis, optional text notifications by Telegram and web-font delivery by Google Fonts. RFQ attachments and resumes are sent through email and are not included in Telegram notifications.
Retention
Inquiry information and related attachments are normally retained for up to 24 months, and resumes for up to 12 months, unless an ongoing business relationship, legal or accounting obligation, or the individual’s request requires longer retention or earlier deletion.
Security
The site uses request rate limiting, file type and size checks, origin validation and HTTPS for form submissions. No internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free, so please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

To request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, contact info@emertats.com. Verification of your connection to the original submission may be required to prevent incorrect disclosure or deletion.
